Bapemperda Deputy Head, Merry Hotma said, Pasar Jaya main role in stabilizing market commodity price is very important. Thus it needs legal protection.
"We will give legal protection in providing market commodities thus the price will be stable. Their main tasks are to stabilize price and distribute commodities," she mentioned.

Regarding to this, PD. Pasar Jaya Director, Arief Nasrudin explained, his side needs certainty of commodity stock in order to stabilize price in market.
"Price for merchant would be more ensured if there is certainty in commodity stock," he stated.
